Order Processing & Cancellation

Every order at EdgePulse receives our signature sunshine-quality check before shipping. Our tropical-inspired collections require 3-5 business days for processing (5-7 days during peak seasons) to ensure vibrant prints and breezy fabrics meet our standards. You may cancel within 36 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected] - after this, your summer-ready pieces enter production and can't be stopped. But don't worry, our extended 21-day return window gives you plenty of time to fall in love!


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to adore every palm-print and ruffle! Return unworn items with original tags within 21 days of delivery (because vacation vibes shouldn't be rushed). For exchanges, you get 30 days - we know island time moves slower. Start your return at www.edgepulse.shop and choose new sunset-hued styles. Note: Swimwear with hygiene seals removed and final sale "Beach Bum Bargains" are non-returnable.


Return Conditions

To keep our collections fresh as sea spray, returns must: (1) Be free of sand, sunscreen or cocktail stains (2) Include all original packaging including our signature pineapple-print bags (3) Have all tags attached like perfect seashells. Our quality team does thorough inspections - items that don't meet standards will be shipped back to you within 12 business days with a detailed "Why This Didn't Work" postcard.


Refund Processing

Refunds take 10-12 business days after we receive your return - we manually review each item like checking for the ripest coconuts. The refund amount excludes original shipping fees and return postage. For credit card/PayPal payments, allow extra 3-5 days for banks to process - think of it as waiting for the perfect wave!


Shipping Responsibilities

Customers handle return shipping unless we sent wrong items (like mixing up flamingo and palm prints). We strongly recommend tracked shipping - EdgePulse isn't responsible for returns lost at sea! For exchanges over $250, we provide prepaid shipping labels (cost deducted if unused).


Damaged/Defective Items

Found a flaw? Email photos/videos to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We'll send prepaid return labels and either rush a replacement (if available) or refund everything including shipping - because summer emergencies require fast solutions!


Special Circumstances

Custom tie-dye pieces are final sale - their imperfections make them perfect! Holiday purchases (November 20-January 5) can be returned until January 20. For destination wedding orders, contact us for special arrangements. EdgePulse may limit returns from accounts with excessive returns (>50% of orders).
